Cloud Pod Architecture

I am planning on initializing Cloud Pod Architecture in our Horizon environment.  We have a current setup of two connection servers in a cluster.  When I do the initialization, will it interrupt our current setup (will users still be able to access their apps\VMs)?

There's no downtime involved in enabling the CPA.

So I started the initialization, got to 100% (50% on one server) then got kicked out of the admin console.  Tried to log back in but was getting an invalid credentials error.  Broker connections where still working.  Ended up having to roll back both connection servers to regain access to the admin console.  Has anyone seen this issue before?
