Clones not replicating in pool.

After building a non-persistan pool using linked clones, the building of the clones stop short of the specified number. I have the numbers for provisioning setup this way.

Number of desktops (minimun)   10

Number of desktops (maximun)   60

Number of desktops (available)   10

It will create the orginal 10 desktops excluding #1 and #6. After a user login to a desktop, it does not create a new one to be ready. I get the following error message:

Desktop Composer Error:VMware.Sim.Fault.InvalidParameterFaultParam: cSpec Detail: AlreadyExist; Error Type:com.vmware.SviService.InvalidParameterFault
