Apologies if this has been covered before, I wasn't able to find any details on it.
I'm looking at packaging the Horizon View client and deploying it in our organisation. We want users to be able to use client drive redirection.
Is there a way that I can preconfigure the folders available for Sharing to users as part of the packaging process?
Can I use group policy or command line parameters?
The ability for the administrator to pre-configure shared folders for users doesn't exist today. Are you looking to pre-configure local drives, external drives or network drives and folders?
In this instance we are looking to map a users mydocuments folder and a network drive.
Where does the client store this information when you set it manually? Is there a registry entry or ini file somewhere that we might be able to set?
