Cisco Jabber Application not working inside VDI

Hi Team,

We have a dedicated Cisco Call Manager and installed Cisco Jabber for windows on the App Profiler PC.

While I try to access Cisco Jabber application after deployment via App Stack, it shows an error that libcef.dll is missing.

However the same file is libcef.dll available inside VDI machine but users not able to launch application.

Is there any specific configuration required to deploy Cisco Jabber Application?

Capture the Cisco Jabber application again in the capturing machine. Post the installation, reboot the capturing machine and before finalizing the app capturing, try to launch the Cisco Jabber application on the capturing machine and check if it is getting launched. Make sure, the capturing machine is a clean image with no other software installed.

i belive the file you mensioned related to Visual C++ Redistributables , so try the below:

1 -be sure to iuse the latest version of jabber release  12.6(2).

2-in master image Select go to add remove program , select Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and click on Change then reapir
