have anyone encounter an issue with running chrome browser in horizon? I have had multiple employees stat that sometimes chrome will take 2 to 3 min to load and sometimes they have to double click on it to open chrome browser.
Google chrome and Windows 10 1903 have many problems together.
Try on a computer the solution of the registry key proposed in this post (even if the versions are not the same).

we've had this issue for quite some time. The default UEM/DEM Policy takes a lot of time because of the size of the Chrome archive. There is a possibility to configure Chrome to create and use a compressed file for its data. If you enable this and tell UEM/DEM to take this file instead of the whole Chrome folders, it will be significantly faster. It's true that Chrome unfortunately has some issues with Windows, but this should improve startup times drastically.
This is happening due to large chrome.zip file in respective user's profile archive folder (under UEM Profiles folder repository). You can use treefilesize to find which folder is consuming large space and put that folder location underneath [excludefoldertree] in UEM manager so that UEM will not capture it in user's profile.
For quick fix, just remove chrome.zip for the user reporting the problem but be aware that this will delete user's saved settings in Chrome. He need to customize his settings again in Chrome.
