Check in "internal error"

Hi,

Im new to the whole view horizon check in and check out thing.

A bit of background:

I inherited a site where the previous guy installed vmware. He then created vm's for the client to log onto and work from. This is managed by VMware Horizon view client. There are 2 forms of the software, one which is a straight viewer and allows the user to log onto the vm running on the server. The other allows local mode. This means the user can check out the vm effectivly creating an image on the local laptop. They can then run the image without being connected to the network or the server. Then once the user is back in the office they can check in the machine and changes are synced.

VMWare vsphere 5.1

vmware vcentre server 5.1

VMware Horizon View Administrator 5.3.1 Build 1634134

I have a user who has a checked out machine. Now when he tries to check it back in he gets the error "internal error"

Not the most helpful error.

Now my question is.... where do i even start trying to troubleshoot.

Help please!

And also explain what your doing a lot more, as I run a few horizon environments and I don't know what you mean to check it in. I'm assuming you may be referring to Horizon Flex or Local Mode but it would help if are specific when the versions you are using.
