Changing Admin Password in Horizon View

I am trying to change admin password for vCenter server in horizon view. I added new account into vCenter, but every time when I am trying to change vCenter Server Settings, I am getting the following message: Failed due to a bad user name or password.

I am sure I am using correct user name and password.

Does anyone had the same issues and know how to resolve it?

Try adding it like this: domain\user

I think what Linjo mentioned should work OR you can try user@domain
