Change Instant clone domain account

I created a new AD account for creating instant clones, but I cant delete the existing one since it is being used by the current pool. I also don't see a way to change the account for the existing pool. Is there no way to change the account other than deleting the current pool?

Thanks

There is option to add Instant Clone Engine Domain Accounts

Settings > Instant Clone Domain accounts > Add/ Edit / Remove

If you are still getting error in removing, try to stop provisioning on the pool and disable and try.

Instant clone account is not a pool wide setting, for that you need to use the main settings options from Horizon Admin Control panel

Resolution

This is currently a limitation found within the HTML admin console. This will be included as an enhancement for Horizon 7.13.2. To change the current AD account being used for instant clone desktop pools we have two options.

1. We can change the account using the ADAM database on the Connection Server.

OR

2. If you still have access to the old Flex Admin page for the Connection Server running flash the option to switch accounts will be listed there.
