Certs for all componets

Hi guru

I am getting, the warning that the Horizon cert will expire, I believe that when we installed this structure we use the internal Cert but now is that time to renew.-

I would like to know what kind of webserver is use, so I can get the right Cert for all these components, can someone please point me to the right direction.

Just in case someone came across as new to this as I am

PK12 cert type is the one that worked on my environment.
