Cant expand disk on master image

Im trying to expand the hard drive space on my master image, but the option is greyed out.

I powered off the VM and selected the "Deleted all snapshot" option

This looks to be confirmed in SSH

I tried to expand the disk directly from the ESXi host and get an error that I think states there is still a snapshot in place.

Looking at the data store it does look like there are still snapshots in place

Since this is integrated into my Horizon server\services... is there something I need to disable or change in Horizon to be able to make these changes on my VM?
I thought I could just update my master image and then update the image and snapshot in Horizon to push the changes to my users.

***UPDATE***
I migrated the VM storage to another datastore and the consolidate feature became available.  I ran the consolidate task and was able to adjust the VM storage size again and then just moved it back to the original datastore. Smiley Happy
