What do you get as an error? is the webservice on the Win2K3 box running? Have you checked the connection broker logs to see if anything is at issue there? Can people connect to their desktops? Was the firewall disabled previously and have you checked to see if it got re-enabled? Can you ping the server by IP and FQDN?

I dont get a error message. The explorer just show a white window and trying to load, thats it.

no firewall, clients cant reach the broker.

Can you verify if the Connection Server service is started?

Can you check the connection broker?

Are you trying to connect from internally or external?

Is the local firewall service on the connection broker running?

Can you connect to the broker locally on the box?

Im trying to connect from the connection server to the View Adminstration console.

No local firewalls running.

Its the same server i earlier was running 3.0.

I only updated to 3.1.

And there is nothing in the logs? No error messages? Rebooted the box?

Found the solution.

Changed the JAVA Heap size. And it solved the problem.
