Cannot view the Inventory in the view connection

i Cannot view the Inventory in the view connection 6.2

i was install view connection 6.2 on win server 2008 r2 i can access only

i tried to open it from

internet explorer

Google chrome

firefox

but the same error

please help

Can you elaborate a bit? Is this a single first-instance, or is this a replicate to an existing instance?
