Cannot insall infrastructure Management

I download VMware-VIMSetup-2.5.0-U4-English.iso from VMware view at VMware and extract to a CD. But when I click the autorun.exe inside CD, the computer doesn't do any thing.

Does someone here to help me how to install VIM 2.5?
