Cannot access VD with HP ThinClient t5725

Dear all:

We setup VDI under view3 with HP ThinClient t5725 for half year. Everything goes smoothly. However, we upgrade VDI to View4, it is impossible to connect vd with these ThinClient.

Login view manager4 with t5725 client, the desktop pool is displayed. Choose one desktop pool to access vd is nothing happened.

Anybody has same problem? and what should we do?

just a thought, but is it the default protocol type you have set in the pool? could it have changed during the upgrade to PCoIP as the client you are using may not support it?

Are you really seeing nothing happen at all? I don't know whether the HP T5725 runs the VMware Linux client or HP's own client, but you would expect some kind of message if the launch fails.

If you're not getting anything useful from the client then reproduce the problem and run the support tool link on the connection server to collect up the logs and environment data, the broker's logs should show what the client is attempting to do and why the request is failing.
