I'm struggling with this thing that seems like it should be obvious, but appears not to be.
Horizon 7.12 here. We have several RDSH farms, each hosting multiple application pools. Something like 120 application pools over 8-9 farms.
If we have an application owner that asks us to prevent user launches of a particular application for a few hours while they do some back end database work, is there no ability for me to selectively disable a single application pool? The only options I appear to have are to delete the pool, or remove the entitlements for the duration of the maintenance. No "Disable" option like there is for desktop pools. I know I can disable a farm or host, but that would disable all the apps on that farm, not just the one.
Am I missing something or is this just a missing feature?
Thanks!
Chris
Disable / Enable Application Pools is a feature in Horizon 8 (2012) which came out tonight
