- Horizon 7.10 / AppVol 2.18 / DEM 9.9
- Win 10 Ent 1909
- Non-Persistent Instant clone VDI desktops
- Thin client Wyse 5470AIO
- Horizon client 5.1
I am trying to connect to my phones and copy the photos into my vdi desktops. Please refer to steps below;
iPhone

- Connect phone to thin client (tc) and saw message on tc mentioned detected the phone
- Login to vdi desktop
- Launch explorer window and I can see iPhone icon and also browse to the photo folder
- Unfortunately, i can't view / edit or copy the photos to my VDI
1. Why i can't view / edit or copy? What was the issue?

2. Why no phone icon? What was the issue?
The only good news, when i connected pen drive, i can browse, edit and copy files to my desktop.
