Can not get 3 monitors to work with Horizon View Client 5.4.0

I'm using Horizon View Client 5.4 WINXP-32A w/ duel monitors and it works perfectly fine. I've been trying to get 3 monitors to work on this client, but i can't get it to work. When i plug in the 3rd monitor it works fine on my actual PC ( win 7) when i run the View Client in multimonitor view it starts up like normal and then the desktop will only show on the middle monitor with the other 2 black. My cursor will move across the 2 monitors on either side but i'm not able to move any icons or windows/folder to them. All 3 monitors are the same size. I also have 2 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 TI cards. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

A few things, the 5.4 client is rather old, the newest one (believe it or not) is 2.3.

How is the pool configured? It could be restricted to 2 monitors or a limited resolution.

I downloaded the 2.3 version and it did not help. I also ask our IT at work and we are currently restricted to 2 monitors. Thank you for your help Linjo
