Can not connect from viewclient without ssl to view server 4.6

It is not possible to connet without ssl to the view server 4.6.I get the error message.Connection refused.I changed the settings in global settings on the server.Have anyone any idea?

Are you connecting from inside the newtwork or outside the network?

I connect inside the network.Firewall is disabled on both machines.After the authentication i get the error message.i can not continue to the choosing of the machines what i have in the pool.How i said with ssl works.From the client side can not be because with a 4.5 Server was it possible and run.

The settings on both servers are the same.I compared both servers.

I saw the solution for this error message

Connecting to the View Connection server fails with the error: A secure connection to the server '(null)' cannot be established

but i go not trough i firewall.
