When a user with an expired AD password tries to login to a zero client Horizon offers them a change password window. Is there away to block this behaviour from the broker?

Why won't you let a user change the expired AD password from a Zero Client?
I can't really go into a great deal of detail as to why but this circumvents certain security controls we have in place in the environment.
