Blast Sharpness/Bluriness

While using Blast our users are complaining about a lack of sharpness and blurriness when working on the remote desktop.

Can anyone provide tips and tricks in order to troubleshoot and/or improve the quality of the display?

Hi,

Might be an issue due to the default color encoding used in blast.

Have your users set the High Color  Accuracy mode ?

Might have to also set the following GPO on your VDI systems:

H264 High Color Accuracy (VMware_Blast.admx)

did you use the VMware OS Optimization Tool?

The settings for Smooth fonts can also cause it to look blurry.

I would also test if disabling H264 and enabling the other codecs improve image quality.
