Black screen issue

A black screen is coming more than 3 mins in VDI with DEM, 1 app stack, and writable.

  1. AV exclusion in place.
  2. done optimization and performance tuning.
  3. installed latest tools, agents.
  4. No OS corruption and base machine issues found.

Any other suggestions pls..........

What protocol do you use for the connection?
Is the connection successful after the 3-minute black screen? Right?
What version of Windows 10 do you have?
Does the problem occur on all connections?

What version of Windows 10 do you have? - wind 10 20h2
Does the problem occur on all connections? - yes

Hi, what kind of experience do you get if you take DEM and App volumes out of the mix?

it gives a better experience without DEM and app stacks.
