Best way to support a floating VDI environment (i.e. remote control solution?)

So we have used Kaseya for 3+ years and its awesome .. but its licensed / agentid by SID.  Which our VDI environment we are deploying is floating, and rebuilds after every logoff, so every single time a user logs in a new agent id is created in Kaseya.

Using Vsphere remote control is not an option it is wayyyy to slow we need a remote control solution, preferably that can identify who is logged in, that wont be effected by an environment that rebuilds at every login.  Suggestions ?

We use Timbuktu and it has worked well for us.

We use RealVNC Enterprise for PCoIP and Windows Remote Assistance for anyone connected via RDP.
