Banner (pre logon message ) for external users using Horizon View

When we connect to VDI from internal network using connection servers directly we get a banner message as defined in global settings pre logon message

do we have and option to get this banner message for external users , we have radius configured with security servers. and we do not get that message while attempting external connections to VDI.

Could you please let us know what is the message you are receiving when you login to desktop in internal network

@Internal network i get banner stanting "Welcome to VDI" , I  have setup that in global settings as my banner.

But when i try to connect from external network i don't get any such but the username and passcode screen directly
