Average numbers for Disk IOPS & Network Latency in Milliseconds

I know it's hard to come up with standards, but does anyone know what the average IOPS and Latency should be for a good VDI User experience?  Any links pointing to industry standards?

The IOPS are going to be hard because every user is different but from a latency standpoint I think as long as your under 10 you will be fine.  If you start creeping above 10 and into 15 I believe you will have users notice the slowdown.

For IOPS read 20 is more than good, and 80 for write

For network 10 and less is batter
