Automatic error recovery for Pool : attempting to restart Machine xxxx

I am constantly getting these messages in view administrator. any idea?

In vcenter I see them powered off and powered on

turns out to be a duplicate ip issue. our image was configured with a static ip and caused other vms to keep going on /offline. changed ip to dhcp in the image and recomposed the pool. everything working now
