Automated Desktop Pool not able to choose Cluster that I want to deploy to (missing one of my clusters)

I am trying to set up VMware view manager using an aumtomated pool, when I go to choose which cluster that I want to deploy them to I am unable to choose one of my clusters.

I have 3 clusters A,B and C and I have the option to deploy the desktop pool to A and B but not to C. All ESX hosts are running 3.5 U3. It is as if View can only see two of the clusters, any idea why this would be?

Thanks,

Is this a linked clone pool? Do any of the clusters have more than 8 ESX servers in it? Linked clones have a limit of 8 ESX hosts per cluster in it (I/O)

Yes it is a linked clone pool, can you point me to where the 8 host limit is mentioned?
