Attaching Appstack to physical machine

Hi,

We have App Volumes manager 2.12.1 that works great.

We tried to attach one of our Appstack to physical machine
with the same OS as the Vm's (Win10 1703) and the same App Volumes Agent.

We are attaching the Apstack in the Manager console without any problem

also, the Agent in the physical machine doesn't report about any problem

but actually, the Appstack is not there and the Attachments indicator in the Manager is 0

Hello Ran,

Thats a strange problem, Did you see anything in the system log?

it's very important that Windows update service is disabled, can you verify that?
