Assigned machine is unavailable (View v4.6)

All,

I recently started to get reports of VMware View 4.6 users receiving the message "Unable to launch from pool xxxxxx for user xxxxxx assigned machine xxxx is un-available.

These are dedicated full VMs that the users access daily.

In the View Admin Console UI the VM shows available.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are there any VDM logs that would give me a better understanding of the issue?

The Admin console Events log does not supply detailed information.

All,

This issue was caused by the VMware connection servers being out of sync.

This was determined by signing on to each UI and comparing the Dashboard data, granted sometimes there is a slight difference but there should be no significant difference which there was in our case.

VMW reccommended rebooting the four connection servers to get in sync since there is no sync feature built in
