Appstack Microsoft Visio/Project 2019

so I've followed this outline from vmware. I installing Visio standard 2019

Best Practices for Delivering MS Project and Visio with VMware App Volumes 2.x Operational Tutorial ...

when I log into my VDI session and test it out this is what happens.

Launch Visio and it say's it's corrupt would you like to run a repair on the software. So I repair it and after 1 min the program completely shutdown nothing more is indicated no log's no nothing.

I relaunch Visio when it comes up just fine but then I notice that it say's it's not licensed. so I shut the program down myself.

I relaunch Visio and everything is perfect it's licensed and works like a charm.

The whole process takes me about 3 min to get it to run. I can do this every time and every time it run's perfect, but I have to do this every time.

Why am I having to do this, is there anyway around this problem? I've tried this with a KMS and a MAK license with the same result. Thanks for any help.

Hi txfree2

As of now app volumes 2.x does NOT support office 2019.

I'm assuming vmware is lumping Visio and Project into the office suite (word,excel,ect...)correct?

Visio and project are part of MS office family but is not included in office 365 packages. Hence the support for visio and project goes in parallel to office365 support.
