Application hangs with multiple displays

Having issues with latest Vmware Horizon 5.0.0 on MacOS Mojave when connecting with multiple displays (Macbook Pro Retina connected to 1 or 2 external displays).

The application hangs when connecting to remote desktop.

Workaround has been to change the Settings for the VM.  Changing Full Screen to "Selective Display" and picking just one of the displays.

You said 'remote desktop'. Are you connecting to Instant clone, linked clone or persistent pools?

On the Master image, how do you have the video set? The number of displays, video memory etc.

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the administration of our VMs as I'm just an end user.

What I do know is that before updating to the latest Horizon client, it used to work fine.

You need to engage the sys admins for your virtual desktop environment. There are a lot of factors here that only they would know.
