Any tool that will dynamically update the View Connection preference?

I need to find a tool that will dynamically switch connection servers without user intervention in the event the connection server he or she is working on goes down?  Is there anything out there like that? Kind of like a failover HA option?

That would be a loadbalancer that can do healthchecks, all the major brands can do that. I like Cisco and F5 myself, but anything outthere should do the trick.
