Hi,
I want to know how power management work at horizon cloud on azure.
actually, I found that when I set Min VMs to 0 at 00:00 - 07:00
the dedicated vm which is assigned will power on at 00:00 - 07:00
while Farms does not.
So, I want there are any best practise of power management.
