Always get error "the desktop currently has no desktop resource available please try again later" when using nornal user to lauch desktop

view 45. is used in my lab

everything is OK for administrator.

but if i change normal user to lauch desktop resource, the error always pops up. All of the desktops (win7/xp/vista) have been entitled to "domain users" group. and no user holds the desktop (i have logged off from console)

additonally, the desktop can be access from RDP directlly.

anyone can give some suggestions?

user should go to desktop (not pool) tab, and click "more command" to change ownership of desktop resource...

if you have other ideas, please reply the post

It almost sounds like your user is not in an authorized group.
