Allow users to select a specific desktop

Is there functionality that would allow a user through the view client to select from a list of desktops, in a pool, to login to?  I have an application that requires us to run multiple desktops, each with its own unique configuration of the software.  I would like the user to be able to select which workstation they want to login to in order to access the software with the configuration they are looking for.

I don't believe you can do what you need to do in a single pool.  You would require multiple pools or desktops and assign the user to each desktop.   The problem with a single pool is that you can only assign a user a single desktop within the pool.

Yeah I had thought about creating a individual pool for each desktop then assigning the users to each pool.  Only problem is its going to be 75 workstations . . . . are there limits limites to the number of pools we can have?

I don't remember ever seeing a reference to a specific limit on the number of pools you can have.
