All responding machines are currently in use

I dont know if was commented before, Im looking for but I dont find.

When users some times make a logoff or something, when they try to reconnect appears this error messange:

Unable to launch from Pool ### for user ###: All responding machines are currently in use

If i enter in the vi client and access the virtual desktop, I see a session connected. I logoff that session the users can connect normaly.

Prior to logging into the VI client what does the agent status report in the View administrator?    Is this a floating pool or a dedicated pool?

The pools its dedicated with full VMs.

Sometimes the agent appear available, when should be connected. Many users are connected now, but the agent its showing available.

I opened a issue in vmware support, but I dont received any information about.

I have exactly the same problem. Did you received anything useful from the vmware support?
