Agent unreachable after changing linked clone MAC address

Hi everybody,

I searched the net and this forum about this topic's issue but found nothing useful so I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I deployed a linked clone and everything worked fine until I had to change manually the MAC address due to CAD software licensing requirements. When the linked clone rebooted I can't get the agent reachable again from the horizon view.

Any suggestion about it?

I think we need mor Info to help:

* have you verified that the virt. NIC is connected to the VM?

* does the VM get an IP (via DHCP)

* is the VM able to ping the Connection Broger (by name, to make sure DNS is working)

Hi Schmidtl,

the VM is currently connected and reachable via ICMP and Horizon Client direct connection but I can't use the Horizon Connection server to access it because of the VM's agent state.
