After upgrades, Horizon View reports "agent pending expired"

After upgrading our Windows 10 master image to 1709 and building a new pool using QuickPrep versus SysPrep, we now have an issue where no one can get connected to the new pool OR the old pool due to the "agent pending expired" error.

After using a Teradici zero-client to connect to the connection server and getting logged into the domain, we see a "Preparing Desktop..." message for a few seconds longer than normal and then it disconnects. In the View Administrator Event log, we see a message indicating "agent pending expired". I've done a lot of Googling on the error and looking at debug logs, but have not found anything to indicate what the issue is.

Horizon View Server is on 7.4 as is the Agent. VMWare Tools on the master image is 10.1.10.

Thoughts?

so to understand:

1- the issues happening in QuickPrep and SysPrep?

2- is  this issue happen win 10  1709 only?

3-what profile solution do you use?
