Administrator account used for QuickPrep does not have sufficient permissions

Hi,

in horizon 7.3.1 with automated floting linked clone pool , when the clone of master image finish and desktops getting created , suddntly desktops and replica deleted

and horizon show this error

in composer it shows

Administrator account used for QuickPrep does not have sufficient permissions

  1. VMware.Sim.CommonLib.Exception.SimAdsException: Access is denied.

---> System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access is denied.

all the permission in vcenter and AD is created as per vmware best practice

then account grated domain admin and still same issue

any idea ,>>????

Hello,

          The domain account for the quick prep must have rights to add objects to the targeted OU in the View Pool Settings. If you feel the permissions are correct, I would try creating a computer object in the targeted OU manually via the domain account.

yes we have tried it and he can create objects

now he is domain admin ...and still we have the same error
