Administrator account used for QuickPrep does not have sufficient permissions

View 4.5 setting up linked clones all ok until provisioning then the error " Administrator account used for QuickPrep does not have sufficient permissions"

Can anyone tell me which account it is talking about ?

This is the account you specified for View Composer. I don't have 4.5 setup yet but in 4.0 it's configured in the same place that you specify your vCenter server. The account needs certain permissions to join clones to the domain. You can find the permissions on page 14 of the admin guide,
