Active Session not showing

Has anyone seen an issue with the VDM admin page not showing active sessions correctly. I have seen sessions come and go and I know by walking to the thin clients that they have connected and are working. I just can not see them as active sessions. For example I am showing 3 clients connected and after comming back from checking the clents there are 7 machines online and working. I am using WYSE S10 thin clients and WYSE V10L thin clients.
