Active Directory connected in horizon connection server is down

Our AD is down and can't be retrieved anymore so a new one is created. Problem is we can't login to horizon connection server due to it can't find the AD registered with it. How can we fix this?

Is it a different domain completely? When you install horizon you pick an administrators group that allows logins, and I think the SID of that group gets stored in the ADSI database. I would suggest opening and SR, I'm not aware of where that is, and its probably quicker to ask support directly.

Same domain actually but with different IP. we are trying to input the same users that we used to access it before but its not working.
