Acrobat disconnecting when trying to print

I have a user on a thin client Wyse R90LE7, View 4.6, windows 7 64 bit os, pcoip. When the user tries to print a pdf from acrobat the session goes black and hangs for awhile, then kicks them off their session. Its like printing is too much for the session and losses connection. Reminds me of times where resolution is not right and the vm starts in black screens and then disconnects.

Can you upload your pcoip_server logs. Also, is this a local USB printer or a network printer. I'm guessing local.

Acrobat is thinapp or installed on base image

Network printer or local printer

Printing problem which shoot from acrobat or from other applications

Acrobat is installed on the base image. Local printer. Other programs seem to be fine, it is just Acrobat. I am thinking it may be something to do with the printer driver. Some how I have noticed certain print drivers like to cause problems with certain programs.

I need those logs to help determine the cause of the disconnect. I agree though most likely it is the driver.
