Hi,
Our users are complaing about the performance of Acrobat Reader when reading a PDF file when scrolling down the pages.
These users are connected to the head office with 5 Meg "WAN". No problem with Word document.
Is there any recommend setting in Acrobat to fix this issue.
Thanks
A couple of questions:
*How large are the PDFs vs. the Word docs you're viewing?
*If you view Word docs with lots of embedded images do you get the same result?
*Does it make a difference if the PDF is saved locally? (I'm assuming you're viewing the PDFs in a web browser with the Reader plugin)
if it is acrobat8 , please try with acrobat7

Yes

Run fast when it is saved locally. No, I am not viewing PDF in a web browser. "double cliking in the PDF file"
Same problem with Acrobat 7. Just tested it.
