Account sharing to View Pool

Hi,

I am trying to configure a desktop pool (linked pool) and I have a problem with the account used by the user. Everybody use the same account, so the first user log on ok, the second one disconnect the first one... the third disconnect the second..

Pool is configured as automatic, linked clone, floating...

Any tips for me ?

You should be able to set it on existing pools without any issues.

There is a setting called "Allow multiple sessions per user" that you set on the pool.

That will allow the account to have more then one connection.

I saw this this setting in the pool settings and for new pools, but it seem that I cannot change it after the pool creation?

Am I right?

OK, that's my fault. I was trying it in my test lab, and my pool was dedicated and you cannot change it in a dedicated pool, only a floating pool.

On my customer's server, I was able to change it.
