Access to virtual desktop works with Android, not with PC

Environment:

View 5.0

F5 load balancer

SSL terminates on load balancer (cert is valid)

Connect with Android view client, all is well.

Connect through 5.1 View Client on Windows 7, all is well until you try to log in. You see the "Establishing Secure Connection" message, then an error dialog pops up:

"The View Connection Server authentication failed. The SSL initialization while connecting to server ... failed."

Anyone have any hints?

Your Windows clients will be trying to establish the HTTPS tunnel to the server, and fail to do so because the thumbprint of the certificate doesn't match the one the connection server reported.
