HI. I would recommend visiting the knowledge base portal and or opening a support request to make sure VMware support is engaged.

Hi Amor,

I had similar problem when I set Global Setting for Forcibly disconnect users : XXX minutes.

If set very low it can disconnect user session.

Sebastian

In addition to the event viewer you should check the PCOIP and other agent logs.  Here is a KB that goes over collecting View logs.

Hi All,

We have found some below logs at the time of VDI Restart.

please suggest is this the cause of Restart

1.

The maximum file size for session "ReadyBoot" has been reached. As a result, events might be lost (not logged) to file "C:\Windows\Prefetch\ReadyBoot\ReadyBoot.etl". The maximum files size is currently set to 20971520 bytes.

2.

Configuring the Page file for crash dump failed. Make sure there is a page file on the boot partition and that is large enough to contain all physical memory.

Hi Amol,

Sorry for late reply.

Did you manage to fix it?

I had similar problem but on 5.3.

We changed the Forcible disconnect users under View Configuration > Global Settings.

Right after that some user start getting disconnected.

Not sure if that will help you.
