Hello,

sometimes it happens that in Horizon 7.7 events I see warnings like these:

Unable to launch from Pool Pool-123  for user DOMAIN\user: Machine d619722c-02dd-404f-979e-e60d6c571  is not ready to accept connections

ERROR_CODE: AGENT_ERR_REQUEST_OVERLAP

Does anyone know where to find the meaning of this error?

It would be useful to have the error_code list.

Are you using AppVolumes writable volumes? We noticed this issue with WV's not unmounting from VM's fast enough between a user would log out and log back in so the VM would be in a bit of a limbo state.

thank you for the reply, in our infrastructure we are using APP Volumes but not writable volumes.
