A technical error when deleting a linked-clone pool in Horizon 7

Actually, I am using an evaluation license of Horizon 7 and I am getting a technical problem although I have gone through the VMware knowledge base but I didn't succeed in resolving the issue I am facing through the links, https://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=10006..., and, https://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&docTypeID=DT_KB_1_1&externalId=...,  whatever I tried. I really need your help ASAP since the trial license will get expired in 6 days! The technical problem is: I have changed the password of the active directory and when I have been trying to delete a pool of linked-clone virtual desktops the pool can't be deleted and the error message is: Jun 6, 2017 5:56:25 PM AST: Failed to delete VM - Failed to cleanup linked clone /KFU-LAB/vm/Discovered virtual machine/Win7_10PL/Win7-001 from view composer: Failed.

So, What to do to resolve this issue?

Thanks a lot

Saleh

Seems like you change the user account password (For those Pools) in Active Directory that allows View Composer to perform certain operations in Active Directory. View Composer requires this account to join linked-clone virtual machines to your Active Directory domain. That user account is in the same domain as your View Connection Server host or in a trusted domain

The following list shows all the required permissions for the user account, including permissions that are assigned by default:

List Contents ■

Read All Properties ■

Write All Properties ■

Read Permissions ■

Reset Password ■

Create Computer Objects ■

Delete Computer Objects ■

Try this!!!

* Go to VMware Horizon View Administrator

* View Configuration

* Servers

* Click on vCenter Servers & select your vCenter server name

* Click on "Edit" & then on "vCenter Sever Settings"

* Click on "Edit" & if you see the user name that you changed the password for

* Just input the new password & click OK! If not go to the next step!

NEXT

* Go down to "View Composer Server Settings" & Click on "Edit"

* Go down to "Domains" & click on "Verify Server Information"

* if you see the user name that you changed the password for

* Just select it & Click on "Edit" then input the new password

If possible restart your view environment & try again...
