20 seconds black screen

I am testing View 5.2.The desptop OS is Windows 7. When a user tries to reconnect a disconnected desktop, view gives almost 20 seconds black screen before the user can see Windows 7 desktop. I am testing on an internal connect server and using PCoIP. When a user login to a new desktop, he can see the screen in 3 - 4 seconds. Any idea?

Its usually related to DNS so make sure that is configured properly.

Could you post the log from the client?

Yea could be the DNS.

Also what clients are you using? Hardware or software based?
