unable set up horizon on azure

error occurred:-

Setup:-

 

Trying to install horizon cloud on azure.All network vnet \settings has been configured as per the documentation

 

 

Any help appreciate

I am also having the exact same problem. I followed the VMware instructions to check networking in the Microsoft Azure environment. The link is here: https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Horizon-Cloud-Service/services/hzncloudmsazure.getstarted15/GUID-1... The test 'netcat -v -w 3 packages.microsoft.com 11371' results in a timeout. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get this to work even after updating the Outbound network security group to allow TCP port 11371. Presumably this is why the VMware pod installation is failing. If only VMware would provide detailed information apart from this general warning message.
